These solid brass Cavalry Spurs, also referred to as the Prince
of Wales style spurs, are also considered "Combat Spurs," based on their gold
finish, and are awarded upon completion of a successful
combat tour of duty.
Model 1885 Solid Brass Spurs
Since the Plains Indian Wars, American Cavalry units have
been identified by their Stetsons and Spurs. As horses “evolved” to
tanks and helicopters, the Cavalry did not relinquish its distinctive
traditions. These spurs are an exact reproduction of
the famous Cav spurs issued from 1855 to 1890. 1-1/4'' shank and a
7/16'' band.

Stetson Hat Racks / Wall Mounts
The CavHooah Stetson Hat Rack is a very limited quantity product right now
as it is new and we are still test marketing them. The rack is made of an iron frame painted flat black. There are
currently three designs which can be directly wall mounted or mounted to
a wood backing or plaque.
The "Star" and Horseshoe" designs fit nicely on side-mounted
and smaller plaques and the "Scroll Design" (shown above) provides a great place to hang
your spurs as well as your Stetson hat. If you choose to purchase the
design with a wood plaque as pictured, the plaques measure 6" x 14" and are pre-drilled with
attaching screws.
The wood is unfinished to provide you with an
opportunity to stain or paint it any color you wish. Coins and patches
not included, but highly recommended! These are great for PCS or
Retirement gifts when you add a nameplate or engraving with the
soldier's name and unit! Desk hat racks coming soon!

Tips for
your Build-a-Buddy Event
Set up three Stations:
Stuffing Station, T-Shirt Station & Naming Station.
Next, build your buddy in three
simple steps:
1.
Begin by taking your
animal skin to the Stuffing Station where you
will fill it. You can sort the stuffing into piles
representing different emotions (Love, Courage,
Kindness, Hooah!, etc.) You can even use glitter
for more interesting looking stuffing.
2. Visit the T-Shirt
Station where you can decorate your buddy’s shirt
and put it on him/her.
3. Arrive at the Naming
Station where you will receive your buddy’s
personalized birth certificate to include name, fur
color, eye color, and a signature line for the creator.
These make excellent gifts
too! You will love watching as the recipients eyes light up
while they are creating their very own buddy. They will be
sure to fill the plush unstuffed animal with both stuffing
and love, which will return a gift of hugs forever.
