I called CavHooah with a question, before ordering. the person i spoke to was very helpful and professional. I completed and order. After checkout, I got an order number and expected delivery date. The hat I ordered was delivered on time and in good condition.

Packaged well enough but was still a little lope sided, had to steam it some, if you going to advertise it with the crossed swords it needs to come with crossed swords. As title said, if is advertised as a Stetson it needs to be labelled a Stetson instead of Milano Hats, makes it sound Italian made, do not like the chin strap design, that doesn't seem to be the way i remember it. Would not pay that price over again.
