I haven't received my Stetson yet. It will take approximately 16 days to ship to me in Hawaii. For what I paid for that hat (probably paying for the name mostly), and then having to add my cord, my rank, and the cross sabers, it was expensive. When I can, I'm gonna need a rain cover for it also, so it doesn't get damaged or mishapen.
I received my Stetson and it was easy enough to shape, But when installing the chinstrap and cord both small metal pieces meant to hold the chinstrap in place popped right off! Aside from that, it’s a nice hat.
I did not receive everything I ordered. I ordered a Stetson with the yellow cord, the pin and carrier and only received the Stetson.
The hat that I received was not the same as pictured. I had sent an email with pictures and have not gotten a response.
There was an issue where I ordered a size that wasn’t in stock and of course they gave me a refund. I ordered this Stetson and they gave me expedited shipping for my hassle. Great company and great customer service. Air Cav.
