I expected the hat to be shaped prior to delivery for the cost I paid. Now I have to find a hat shaper near my home which will not be easy.. Plus the hat cases were out of stock and my soldier is 2000 miles from home.

Quality product and quick shipping! Ordered the storage box, so the hat arrived in perfect condition.
After shaping and putting my required unit pins on, I was impressed. My only complaint is that one of the metal tabs (I don’t know their proper name) came off as soon as I put my nape strap on. I’m assuming it just wasn’t crimped down properly. I plan on looking for a replacement that won’t fall off. Other than that, it looks good and was easy to form with a little bit of steam.
