CavHooah Classic Cavalry Hat

This will be my second time writing a review for this company. Earlier, with my first experience with CavHooah, there was some misunderstanding on the hat not coming embroidered with the calvary swords. I had purchased this hat for my father who is a veteran. I wrote to them, they explained it's a pin and after realizing this, I informed my father. Andrea pointed out what we hadn't seen... had we looked closer, it's a pin and comes separately. She was beyond kind in pointing this out and extended such amazing empathy for my father being disappointed, that I swear you could feel the genuine sincerity come straight off the screen. Long story short, she not only sent out the calvary sword pin to us, on them, but also sent my father T-shirts for him and his veteran buddies!
I just returned from a business trip in China and when I returned my father said, "Guess what CavHooah sent me, T-shirts for me and my pals at Bridge night!" I was beyond taken back with the generosity and kindness this company has extended to my father and I! We will certainly be purchasing again and now my Dad's friends have been loving their products as well! One just bought a hat the other day. Thank you Andrea and the whole CavHooah team!!! Lifelong customers you have just gained!

I was incredibly impressed with the owners care and promptness in resolving my issue. No longer than a day passed ,from the day I emailed their support team, she extended her empathy and kindness. She remedied the issue and I was beyond impressed that she took the initiative herself, rather than having someone from her support team reaching out. The quality of the hat I purchased for my father was of high caliber. I give this company 10 stars across the board and would most definitely order again!
