We received our order and were disappointed in the shape of the Stetson. It was very dusty/dirty, looked like it had been wet, and the hat bled on the acorns. See attached pictures. This is a gift we planned to send to a friend in Germany that will display the hat in a museum.
I emailed (with pictures) and called and left a detailed message, and have not had a response back from either.

I received the 82 Fort Crushable and it’s exactly what I wanted. I ordered the 7th Cav and Garry Owen pin. I didn’t receive the Garry Owen pin but I’m sure CavHooah will make things right. A truly quality company.
